The program presents the story of Gruen Von Behrens, a very courageous young man who was diagnosed with oral cancer at the age of 17. Now in his mid-twenties, Gruen talks about this life as a cancer patient and survivor and the tragedies his family has experienced because of his addiction to spit tobacco, which he once considered harmless.
